Biography
Bio: Kristine Rushing is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® and professional mediator who provides the financial planning and analysis needed to create optimal settlements. Working with individuals, couples, and/or their attorneys, she ensures clients fully understand their financial situation and the implications of various settlement options. Kristine adopts a holistic approach to help her clients determine the best path for achieving their financial, family-focused and independent goals.
Ms. Rushing spent two decades in the financial services, accounting and investment fields, and is thankful that this experience coalesced into the more meaningful work of divorce financial planning and mediation. She has training in both general and family law mediation as well as collaborative divorce. She is an active member of several professional associations including the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, Association of Divorce Financial Planners, Southern California Mediation Association, Academy of Professional Family Mediators, and local Collaborative Law groups.
