Profile Introduction

I am committed to offering to my client an alternative to an emotionally traumatizing adversarial form of divorce that is often the result of a traditional divorce through the court system. I am committed to working with my client towards a mutually agreeable and mutually conceived agreement that works for the benefit of both clients. The result is a situation wherein the parties can both go on with their lives without the hate, anger and frustration that often accompanies divorce through the traditional channels.

I also find through a collaborative process that when the parties come to an agreement themselves as to what is best for their children, the children are the winners and in the future parents can discuss their children's needs in a more accepting and rational manner. Many times this results in working out problems rather then running to the court to resolve issues. It saves money and emotional trauma by working out problems rather then allowing the court system to create more problems.
