Profile Introduction
After more than thirty years of professional counseling and mediation experience, I have learned that divorce is one of the most painful emotional experiences most people endure in their lifetime. Being a part of the collaborative team affords me the opportunity to function as YOUR "air traffic controller", helping YOU to separate highly volatile emotions so that they do not interfere with sound decision making. My goal is to help couples develop a co-parenting plan that will WORK, by helping YOU to focus on the real issues of the future - not past angers and disappointments. My desire is to help couples , THROUGH MUTUAL RESPECT, turn issues into interests, AS YOU learn new problem solving skills for conflict resolution and post-divorce parenting.
